Last updated: May 25, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how we provide our pet waste removal services. By using Yellowstone Pooper Scoopers, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide pet waste removal for residential and some commercial properties in the Billings, Montana area. Service options may include:
- Weekly, twice-weekly, or bi-weekly cleanups
- One-time or seasonal cleanups
- Special cleanups for move-ins, move-outs, or heavy build-up
We may adjust services based on yard size, number of pets, and waste level.
2. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide safe access to your yard (unlocked gates, clear paths, safe conditions)
- Secure aggressive or protective pets during service times
- Let us know about hazards (holes, broken fences, chemicals, etc.)
- Keep your contact and payment information up to date
If we cannot safely access your yard, we may skip the visit and still charge the regular fee.
3. Scheduling
We’ll give you a regular service day or time window when we can. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. We may reschedule due to weather, holidays, or other issues and will do our best to let you know. Repeated last‑minute cancellations or access problems may lead to extra fees or service cancellation.
4. Pricing and payments
Our prices are based on the number of pets, yard size, service frequency, and waste level. We may adjust pricing if these factors change. Payment is due as described in your quote, plan, or invoice (for example, per visit, weekly, or monthly). Late or missed payments may result in paused or cancelled service. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
5. Satisfaction and limits
We aim to leave your yard as clean as reasonably possible at each visit. We cannot guarantee removal of very old or deeply embedded waste, or fix damage already done to grass or soil. We also can’t promise a perfectly spotless yard at all times, especially between visits or in poor lighting or weather. If you’re unhappy with a visit, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll work with you to make it right where reasonable.
6. Health and safety
Pet waste can carry germs and parasites. Our service helps reduce risk but does not remove it completely. You are still responsible for regular vet care and parasite prevention for your pets, and for safe use of your yard by family and guests. We may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe for our staff.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or special damages (such as lost use of your yard, lost income, or vet bills) arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Community and free services
Sometimes we offer free or discounted cleanups for neighbors in need or community cleanups in local parks and trails. These services are offered at our discretion and may change or end at any time. They do not create any ongoing obligation for us to continue providing free or discounted services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you continue to use our services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
